1. Breach of covenant.
Genesis 17:10-14
This is my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised. And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you. And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, which is not of thy seed. He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant. And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant.
2. God’s written Word is final.
Psalms 119:89 LAMED. For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.

4. Jesus used the written Word of God.
Mathew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Mathew 4:7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
Mathew 4:10 Then said Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
5. Holy Angels informed about the written Word of God.
Daniel 10:21 But I will tell you what is noted in the Scripture of Truth. (No one upholds me against these, except Michael your prince.
6. Obedience to the written Word of God is honoring God.
1Samuel 2:30 “Therefore Yahweh, the God of Israel, says, ‘I said indeed that your house and the house of your father should walk before me forever.’ But now Yahweh says, ‘Far be it from me; for those who honor me I will honor, and those who despise me will be cursed.
7. Partial obedience is full disobedience.
1Samuel 15:22-23 And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.
8. Judgement against sin.
Ezekiel 18:20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.
Jesus asked a question to His followers.
Luke 6:46 But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say?
Mother of Jesus said;
John 2:5 His mother said to the servants, “Whatever He says to you, do it.”
